Swati Ghosh is Economic Adviser in the Macro Fiscal Management Global Practice of the World Bank. She has led work on macroeconomic and macro financial issues in client countries in East Asia and Eastern Europe. She holds a PhD in Economics from Oxford University and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. She has published in professional publications and academic journals, including in the Journal of International Money and Finance, International Monetary Fund Staff Papers, Applied Economic Letters, Macroeconomics and Finance in Emerging Markets, Journal of International Commerce, Economics and Policy and the Journal of International Economics.
