Tak-Yuen Wong is an Associate Professor in the School of Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an academic research fellow at Shanghai Institute of International Finance and Economics. Professor Wong is interested in the implications of agency and information frictions in shaping incentive contracts, security design, and corporate investment policy. He is also actively researching on dealer intermediation and liquidity of the secondary corporate bond market. His research has been published in Management Science. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University, M.Phil in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
