Tao Wang is a macroeconomist working at the Bank of Canada. His research researches heterogeneous-agent, behavioral macroeconomics and computational economics, with a specialization on the expectation and belief formation and its macroeconomic implications.  He obtained the Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University. Before the Ph.D., he also worked at the Brookings Institution and the research department at the IMF.
