Terhi Ravaska is a Senior Researcher at VATT. She has a doctorate in Economics from Tampere University.  Her research focuses on understanding the patterns behind retirement decisions and the effects of the tax-and-transfer system on incentives, inequality and public finances drawing on detailed Finnish register data and by means of microsimulation and microeconometrics methods.
