Thomas Garcia

Economist at Banque De France

Thomas Garcia is an economist at the Financial Stability Directorate at Banque de France. He holds a PhD from QUT (Brisbane - Australia) and Gate (Lyon – France). Currently, his main focus is to study risks on financial stability arising from the investment fund sector and from the commercial real estate sector. In addition, his research interests lie in the area of behavioural economics, experimental economics, decision making, cognitive sciences and energy economics.
