After completing his studies in law (FHR NRW) and economics (University of Bonn) Tobias Körner earned a doctorate in economics at the Ruhr Graduate School in Economics. As an Economist at the German Council of Economic Experts’ staff (Sachverständigenrat zur Begutachtung der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung) he has been responsible for financial market policy since March 2012. His research focuses on financial stability, financial market institutions and European integration.
