TOMASZ PISKORSKI is the Edward S. Gordon Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Finance and Economics Division at Columbia Business School and the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate. His research interests include real estate finance, household finance, asset securitisation, security design and contracting, and market structure and regulation. Professor Piskorski received an M.S. in Mathematics from New York University Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Ph.D. in Economics from New York University Stern School of Business. He is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
