Toshimori Otazawa

Associate Professor in Infrastructure Planning and Urban Economics at Kobe University

Toshimori Otazawa (1976) is an Associate Professor in Infrastructure Planning and Urban Economics at the Department of Civil Engineering, Kobe University. He studied civil engineering and received his Ph.D. in Engineering at Kyoto University in 2004. He was previously a tenured Associate Professor at Tohoku University, Japan, and has been a Visiting Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands. His recent interests are in theory and empirics of effects of infrastructure investments.
