Vera Rocha is an Assistant Professor in Economics and Management of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School, and a research affiliate at IZA. Her research has been focused on entrepreneurial careers and the performance factors of new ventures, mostly using matched employer-employee data.
