Vincent Legroux

Head, Market Operations Back Office Division at Banque De France

Graduated from the National Institute of Telecommunications, Vincent Legroux joined the French Central Bank in 1999 and spent 3 years in IT department before moving to the Markets Department as an FX spot dealer. Between 2005 and 2007, he had the responsibility to execute Banque de France’s sale of gold under the Central Bank Gold Agreement. In February 2009,he was appointed Head of International Investors Division. In September 2010,he moved to New York City to open Banque de France’s dealing room in the Big Apple. After 5 years, he returned to Banque de France and took the position of Head of Market Operations Back Office Division.
