Wilhelm Kohler retired as Professor of International Economics at the University of Tuebingen in April 2022. He is Scientific Director of the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IAW) at the University of Tuebingen. His main interests are in the fields of international trade, international migration and European integration. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Innsbruck and was previously Professor of Economics at the University of Linz and University of Essen.
