Ying Xia is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Department of Banking and Finance at Monash University. Ying completed her Ph.D. in Finance from University of Hong Kong and joined Monash University in 2016. Her research interests include empirical corporate finance, financial market, corporate culture, and climate finance. Her research papers have been published in top finance journals including Journal of Financial Economics and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
