Yuliya Markuts, Ph.D., is Head of the Center of Public Finance and Governance at the Kyiv School of Economics, Associate Professor of Finance at the State University of Trade and Economics. 

Her fields of specialization are public finance, public governance, and local budgets. Respectively to her scientific interests, she provides consultations on related issues for Ukrainian ministries and cooperates with international organizations.
