Zac Mills is a Consultant of the World Bank s Public Sector Governance unit, specialising in public financial management and fiscal policy. He has previously worked for the IMF s Strategy, Policy, and Review division and the Overseas Development Institute, where he was was a team member of their Budget Strengthening Initiative's program in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
