Zhuoying is a PhD student at KU Leuven and also a research fellow at Bocconi University. Her research focuses on technological innovation, evaluating the roles of various cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital technologies in innovation performance and economic inequality across companies, regions, and countries. She is involved in multiple projects funded by the Flanders government and the European Union, providing insightful policy implications for Industry 4.0 and the sustainability goals of the SDGs. Before her PhD, she worked at China Construction Bank to gain more experience through collaboration on digital products and platforms.
