The conference is organised jointly by the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), the Development Programme in STICERD at London School of Economics, the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD) and the Trinity Impact Evaluation Research Centre (TIME) at Trinity College Dublin. It will take place at LSE, in London, United Kingdom right after LSE Environment Week which runs from 23 September to 26 September.

We now invite submissions from interested researchers, including non-CEPR members, on any topic within the area of Development Economics.

Funding
The sponsoring institutions can cover accommodation and travel expenses according to the CEPR travel guidelines for presenters. However, funding is limited and we encourage participants who have research funds available to use their own funds so that resources can be preferentially channeled to junior participants. If you require funding, please make sure to indicate this when submitting your paper. We will not be able to fund speakers who have not previously requested it.

Paper Submissions
Submit your paper online by Monday 1 July 2024

  • Only full drafts of papers will be considered.
  • Each paper submission should include an abstract (200 words max).
  • Submit your document in PDF format to ensure that all fonts, symbols, and equations appear the way they were originally typed.
