Alessandro Zona Mattioli

Alessandro Zona Mattioli is a PhD student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He has previously worked at international institutions such as the ECB and OECD. His research interests are related to the field of Economics of Innovation, at the intersection of Macroeconomics, Labour and Industrial Organization. The current focus of his work is the growing importance of intangible capital and how it affects deep mechanisms of advanced economies, with special attention to productivity growth.
