Anastasiya Shamshur is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. She has started her academic career with earning PhD in Economics in 2012 from CERGE-EI, Prague. Her research focuses on firm's decision-making processes broadly defined with a particular interest in capital structure decisions, ownership structure and M&As.
