Anne-Charlotte Paret

Economist at International Monetary Fund

Anne-Charlotte Paret is an economist in the Indonesia team at the IMF’s Asia and Pacific Department. When joining the Fund, she first worked in the IMF’s Euro area team (on monetary policy issues), and then in the Strategy and Policy Review Department for four years, working on IMF Lending policies (including precautionary instruments), and providing support to country teams such as Argentina and the U.S.. Her publications and operational work have covered issues such as debt and sustainability issues, Philips curve estimates, impact of climate mitigation measures, or external financing gaps. Prior to joining the Fund, she also worked in the Public Finance division at the French Treasury, and at Amundi Asset Management. She holds a PhD from Aix-Marseille University (France).
