Ben Schumann is a PhD student at the Free University of Berlin and works at the macroeconomics department of the German Institute for Economic Research. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Free University of Berlin. Before becoming a PhD student he worked in the International Department of the European Central Bank. His research interests include monetary policy, international macroeconomics, macroeconometrics and climate change.
