Christian Ebeke

IMF's Deputy Resident Representative to the European Union at International Monetary Fund

Christian Ebeke is the IMF’s Deputy Resident Representative to the European Union, based in Brussels. He previously worked in the IMF’s European Department, on the euro area team, focusing on structural reform issues. He has undertaken numerous other assignments, including working on the fiscal sector in the Poland team, and reviewing program countries in the Strategy and Policy Review Department. Mr. Ebeke has published papers on a wide range of topics, including structural reforms, macroeconomic stability, international finance, fiscal policy, governance, and international migration. He holds a PhD from the University of Auvergne in France and joined the International Monetary Fund in 2011.
