Christoph Albert completed his PhD in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2018, after which he joined CEMFI as a postdoctoral researcher. His research focuses on labor economics, the economics of migration, urban economics, and entrepreneurship. He holds a BSc in Economics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and an MSc from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Since June 2018, he serves as a board member of the European Association of Young Economists.
