Dana Vorisek is a Senior Economist in the Chief Economist’s Office of the Equitable Growth, Finance and Institutions Global Practice at the World Bank. Prior to this, she was a Senior Economist in the World Bank’s Prospects Group, where she led macroeconomic surveillance and analysis of the Latin America and Caribbean and Middle East and North Africa regions. She has worked extensively on Global Economic Prospects, the World Bank’s flagship report on the global economic outlook and policy challenges. Her research and policy work for the World Bank has covered investment, productivity, inflation, and commodity price shocks, among other areas. She previously worked for the Economist Intelligence Unit.
