Edouard Turkisch

Analyst at European Commission

Edouard Turkisch is an Analyst at the European Commission, where he is dealing with investment, growth and structural reforms. Previously he was an Analyst at the OECD Development Centre, where his work focused on emerging economies, sovereign wealth funds, China's development and its impact on poor countries, economic diversification in Russia and some other related issues. Mr. Turkisch holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan as well as a Master’s degree in Economics and a PhD in International Economics from the University of Paris X. Prior to joining the OECD Development Centre, he worked at the OECD Directorate for Public Governance and at the French Treasury.
