Elisa Calza

Research Assistant at United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean

Elisa Calza is Research Assistant within the Unit of Innovation and ICT of the Division of Production, Productivity and Management at the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) since 2009. Since 2011 she is coordinating CEPAL activities within the IDRC funded project “Open Data for Public Policies in Latin America and the Caribbean”. Graduated in Economics at Universitá Bocconi (Milano, Italia), she has obtained a MA in Development Economics at the University of Sussex (UK). Her research activities focus on innovation and development, STI policies and institutions, ICT and new technologies.
