Jesper Hanson

Advisor to the Executive Director of the Dutch-Belgian Constituency at International Monetary Fund

Jesper Hanson is advisor to the Executive Director of the Dutch-Belgian Constituency at the International Monetary Fund. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a master's degree in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford. From 2012 to 2018 he worked as a policy advisor in the European Affairs division and the International Affairs division of the Dutch Ministry of Finance. Jesper was seconded to the European Commission (DG Ecfin) in 2017 and to the World Bank (Development Prospects Group) in 2015.
