Joƫlle Noailly is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Economics at the Geneva Graduate Institute and part-time Associate Professor in Environmental Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is further affiliated as Research Fellow to the Tinbergen Institute and Co-Editor of the journal Environmental and Resource Economics. Her academic research focuses on the clean energy transition, in particular on the role of critical minerals, the financing of clean R&D and innovation and climate policy. She obtained her PhD in economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
