Konstantin Sonin is John Dewey Distinguished Service Professor at the Irving B. Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. He earned MSc and PhD in mathematics from Moscow State University and served on the faculty of the New Economic School and HSE University in Moscow. His main area of research is political economics.
