Ludwig Straub is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Harvard University. He is also affiliated with NBER and CESifo. His research explores the role of household heterogeneity for macroeconomics and finance. Recently, he has written on the role of inequality for saving, natural interest rates, and household debt accumulation. Ludwig also works on the transmission of fiscal and monetary policy and the role played by household heterogeneity.
