Luis Díez Catalán is the Deputy Director of the National Office of Foresight & Strategy (Spain). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from CEMFI. His areas of interest include economic growth and innovation, the future of work, inequality and education. Previous to this, he worked as a Senior Economist in BBVA Research.
