Lukas B. Freund is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Cambridge. He is a Gates scholar as well as a Klaus Murmann doctoral fellow and previously completed undergraduate and master degrees at Oxford. In 2019, Lukas visited the Bank of England; before that he interned at Deutsche Bundesbank and worked for Pimco. His research interests lie in macro- and labor economics.
