Manzoor Dar is an agricultural research and development professional with 16 years of experience.He was leading the Seed and Delivery Systems research cluster in Plant breeding platform of IRRI. He had been actively involved in up-scaling the adoption of stress-tolerant rice varieties through the development of strategic partnerships in South Asia. He has involved in leading innovative research and development activities in order to facilitate the delivery of technologies to end users and to accelerate the impact of stress-tolerant rice varieties in South Asia.
