Maria Cecilia Bustamante is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Robert H. Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from the Swiss Finance Institute at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley during her Ph.D. studies. Before joining the University of Maryland, Cecilia worked as an Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics.
