Mariia Chebanova

Mariia Chebanova is an economist with a Master of Arts in Economics from Kyiv School of Economics/University of Houston. She has extensive experience working at various international organizations, in particular International Monetary Fund, World Bank project and European Central Bank. In her current position as Manager for issues of financial system digitization at the National Bank of Ukraine, Mariia supports research and projects within the Department of Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis, and actively participates in the CBDC project team and working groups focusing on virtual assets and digitization.
