Michel Serafinelli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Essex, and holds a PhD from Berkeley. Previous to Essex, he was at U of Toronto. His primary research fields are Labor Economics, Economics of Cities and Regions, Political Economy, and Productivity and Technology.
