Michela Tincani is Associate Professor at University College London, Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, and affiliate at LEAP Bocconi, CESifo, HCEO, and the James M. and Cathleen D. Stone Centre on Wealth Concentration, Inequality, and the Economy at University College London. She is a labour economist interested in human capital. Topics she studies include college access, non-financial barriers to education, and peer effects. Her research combines experimental, quasi-experimental, and structural econometric methods to evaluate public policies and their optimal design.
