Niels Joachim Gormsen is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Professor Gormsen's research focuses on financial economics and empirical asset pricing in particular. His research has been published in the Journal of Finance and the Journal of Financial Economics and was rewarded the AQR 2018 Top Finance Graduate Award. Before joining Chicago Booth, Niels received his PhD in Finance from the Copenhagen Business School 2018.
