Pedro Rente Lourenço is Lead Data Scientist at Laing O'Rourke. He studied Biomedical Engineering and Neurotechnology at Imperial College London. Throughout his career he has applied the concepts of data-driven business decisions to multiple industries, from neurological disease diagnostics to social computing. He was Lead Researcher and Data Scientist at Vodafone Group until December 2020, responsible for Big Data and AI for Social Good projects, with a heavy focus on collaborations for applied research.
