Rainer Kotschy is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Visiting Scientist at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He studied economics at LMU Munich, where he received his PhD in 2018. In his research, he investigates the determinants of economic activity over the life course with special emphasis on health and ageing.
