Resul Cesur

Resul Cesur is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management and Finance at the University of Connecticut. He received his B.A from Istanbul University, and a Ph.D. degree from Georgia State University. Trained in applied microeconomics, his research focuses on health and labour economics, with a special interest in health outcomes, health behaviors, human capital formation, labour market experiences, and the effects of government policies on health behaviors and outcomes. Cesur has published in a number of highly regarded professional economic journals, including the Economic Journal, Review of Economics and Statistics, and Journal of Health Economics.
