Robert Fernholz

Robert Fernholz is Chairman of the Investment Committee and former Chief Investment Officer of INTECH, an institutional equity management firm that he founded in 1987. Earlier in his career, Dr. Fernholz taught mathematics and statistics at Princeton University, City University of New York, and Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires. He has published articles in mathematics, statistics, and mathematical finance, including the research monograph Stochastic Portfolio Theory in 2002. Dr. Fernholz is a trustee of the Institute for Advanced Study and of the Minerva Research Foundation in Princeton, NJ.
