Ron Diris is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at Leiden University. He obtained his Ph.D. from Maastricht University in 2012. Dr. Diris is an applied microeconomist who studies the formation of human capital, and its consequences for labour market outcomes and other forms of social progress.
