Samuel Bentolila is Full Professor of Economics at CEMFI (Madrid) and PhD in Economics from MIT. He is a Fellow of the European Economic Association and a Research Fellow of CEPR, and has been President of the Spanish Economic Association. He has been a member of the Panel of Economic Policy.
His research focuses on labor economics, including topics like unemployment, wages, firing costs, temporary jobs, and the labor share.
