Samuel Mann is an economist in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department of the International Monetary Fund. His research is focused on international macroeconomics and finance, with a particular interest in monetary policy and exchange rates. Before joining the IMF in 2019, Samuel worked as an economist and strategist in the research department of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
