Simon Franklin is a Assistant Professor at the School of Economics at Queen Mary University London. He received his DPhil (Phd) in Economics from the University of Oxford. In addition to his work on labour markets in Africa, he works on the how urban and housing policy can promote functioning neighbours and public services in dense African cities.
