Uzma Afzal

Uzma Afzalis a PhD Candidate at the University of Nottingham and is specializing in Experimental and Behavioural Economics. She is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Economics and Business (CREB) and Assistant Professor at the Lahore School of Economics. Uzma holds an MPhil in Economics from the Lahore School of Economics, and BSc (Hons) in Economics from the Lahore University of Management and Sciences. Her research interests lie in the area of Development Economics, Behavioural and Experimental Economics and Applied Microeconomics. Her current research focuses on spousal cooperation, decision-making and bargaining within the household and the role of microfinance in microenterprise development.
