Giovanna d'Adda

Giovanna d'Adda is Assistant Professor at the University of Milan. She holds a PhD from Bocconi University. Before joining the University of Milan, she was a researcher at Harvard Kennedy School, Paris School of Economics, University of Zurich, University of Birmingham and Milan Polytechnic. Her research is mainly in behavioral, development and environmental economics. In particular, she studies how formal institutions and policies interact with social and behavioral factors. Her recent work looks at gender norms and the impact of microfinance, and at behavioral aspects of saving, energy use and investment decisions.
