Valentine Millot

Valentine Millot is an economist in the Structural Surveillance Division of the Organisation for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD) Economics Department, where she works on issues related to public finance and tax policy. Her research has also focused on productivity, innovation and intellectual property rights. Before joining the Economics Department, she worked in the Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate at the OECD. She holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Paris School of Economics and ENSAE Paris, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Strasbourg.
