Vera Luz is a policy expert at the European Banking Authority (EBA). Her work focuses on the development of prudential rules in the area of large exposures. She has previously worked in the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) and in the Banking Supervision Department of the Portuguese central bank (Banco de Portugal). Her research interests include banking regulation and its impact on different types of institutions.
