Ward is currently an associate professor at the Amsterdam School of Economics, a Research Fellow of the Tinbergen Institute and a Research Fellow of Netspar.Ward s current research focuses on the interaction between pension funds and the business cycle. He graduated in February 2007 on the project Essays on Dynamic Macroeconomics: The Role of Demographics and Public Capital under the supervision of Ben Heijdra and Jakob de Haan.
